From the time Bill Perdikaris became a teenager he has pursued his passion and desire to compete in drag racing with the competitive streak of beating an opponent to the finish. After twenty three (23) years of racing, research & development, the team is now ready to participate in one of the worlds toughest and competitive motor sports in professional drag racing, ANDRA Pro Stock.
Perdikaris Racing team has entered the 2010 ANDRA Pro Stock series with a Ford Escort purchased from Jim Cunningham from the USA, powered by a 399 Small Block Ford, built by Perdikaris Race Engines. The 2010 Drag Racing season is the team’s first ever season to compete in the ANDRA Pro Stock series. The car has to date been entered into two meetings, being the Nitro Champs at Sydney Drag way & the Winter Nationals at Willowbank Raceway. The team qualified in both events and are extremely pleased with their results in their first attempts of Pro Stock Racing.
